Recipients of the Robin Ellison Scholarship may request reimbursement for approved expenses at any time during the season. A parent or guardian of the recipient must submit a photo or scan of the receipt of expense(s) to be reimbursed to ellisonscholarship@hartlandwintertrails.org. Please include the word “Scholarship” and your name in the subject line.
Following submission, payments will be processed and mailed promptly to the parent or guardian. Expenses may be reimbursed up to the pre-approved amount; in no case may reimbursements exceed the approved amount.
